Terms & Conditions for Social Media Marketing Packages

Please read the following Terms & Conditions before purchasing any of our Social Media Marketing Packages. By proceeding with your purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Social Media Account Management 📱

👉 Clients are responsible for providing access to their social media accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) for marketing purposes.
👉 Any account creation or management services beyond the scope of the package will be charged separately.

2. Payment and Pricing 💰

👉 The prices listed for each package are in INR, exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes, such as 18% GST, will be added to the total price.
👉 Full payment is required upfront before the campaign starts. Payments must be made through the available payment methods.

3. Package Deliverables and Revisions 🔄

👉 The number of posts, campaigns, and other deliverables mentioned in the package are final. Any additional requests outside the package may incur extra charges.
👉 Each package includes a limited number of revisions for content or ads. Any additional revisions requested beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

4. Content and Materials 📄

👉 Clients are responsible for providing content such as text, images, videos, logos, and any other media for posts and campaigns.
👉 If content creation (e.g., graphics, videos) is included in the package, it will be created based on client-provided guidelines. Any additional content creation beyond the agreed terms may result in extra charges.

5. Advertising and Budget 🤑

👉 If your package includes paid ads, the budget for advertisements is separate from the service fee. You will be responsible for paying the ad budget directly to the advertising platform (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
👉 Shashwat Branding will manage the ads within the provided budget and ensure optimal targeting and performance.

6. Turnaround Time ⏳

👉 The estimated time to launch campaigns or complete social media posts will be provided at the start of the project. Delays in content or feedback from the client may result in project delays.

7. Reporting and Analytics 📊

👉 Monthly performance reports will be provided based on the package chosen.
👉 Reports will include metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions, but we do not guarantee specific results like direct sales or ROI.

8. Ownership and Rights 📝

👉 Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the content created for your social media platforms, except for any third-party content or tools used (e.g., stock images, paid ads).
👉 Shashwat Branding retains the right to use the content created for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

9. Project Cancellation and Refunds ❌

👉 Once work has started, refunds are not available. However, if the project cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed.
👉 If the client cancels the project or social media services before completion, the client will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

10. Liability ⚖️

👉 Shashwat Branding will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the services provided, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or account suspension by third-party platforms.
👉 While we strive to optimize campaigns, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as website traffic, lead generation, or sales results.

11. Ongoing Support and Maintenance 🛠️

👉 Social media campaign management is typically ongoing. After the completion of the campaign or the package, any additional support or updates will be charged separately unless otherwise agreed.
👉 Social media marketing services are for the duration of the package period; continued marketing and maintenance will be offered at additional costs.

12. Future Campaigns 📅

👉 Clients can request future marketing campaigns after the completion of the initial package, and additional charges will apply based on the scope of the new campaign.
👉 We recommend periodic campaigns for sustained growth and engagement.
